What It Is
Essence Circles is a secure online community where women are invited to simply BE — no posturing, no pretending, no pretense, just your real and truest self. Everything you bring is welcome. It is a sacred and safe circle of belonging for any woman who is driven by a deep desire for wholeness and freedom.
As we gather each month, you will be invited to:
- Deepen your awareness of the present moment (the ever-present NOW where God dwells)
- Authentically relate to other sojourning women through pair shares and group processes
- Grow in self-awareness, especially related to your body and inner world
- Connect with God through experiences of grace, acceptance, and love
- Know and celebrate your unique, true golden Essence
How It Works
Essence Circles Zoom gatherings are held on the third Wednesday of every month for one hour and 45 minutes from 3:30 – 5:15 pm MT (2:30 PT, 4:30 CT, 5:30 ET)
Dr. Janelle Hallman, a therapist at Restoring the Soul and seasoned facilitator of women’s transformational groups and workshops, leads each Essence Circle.
Your registration provides access to 3, 6 or 12 sessions, but because Essence Circles are so personal and intimate, we recommend that you try to commit to regular attendance for at least six sessions.
However, we also understand that flexibility due to busy schedules is also important. Therefore you will have a year to complete your 3 or 6 sessions and up to 18 months to if you register for 12 sessions.
Regular attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory — life can get complicated. Use your sessions any time within 12 to 18 months of joining.

- Attend 12 for $1,080 (10% off)
How to Get Started
Join our growing Essence Circles community. Your registration is completely private; we do not share your information with any third parties. Once you have completed registration, Janelle Hallman will reach out to help you prepare for your first Circle.
